Job Title: Management Administrative Assistant
Job Location: Hutchinson, Kansas
A Day in the Life:
As the Management Administrative Assistant for the Hutchinson office a typical day includes working in a variety of different agency areas and multi-tasking on projects. This may include assisting management staff on various projects and administrative needs, coordinating and tracking the insurance licensing for employees and our various offices, as well as coordinating various meetings including logistics, registrants, food, etc. The Administrative Assistant is also the administrator of ProValue+, which includes learning all aspects of the program, setting up site pages, maintaining the program, and assisting clients with usage. In addition, this position may be asked to assist with handling expense reports for management personnel as well as other administrative tasks. This position requires the employee to be able to edit, correct and create Word documents, presentation slides, and utilize our agency management system.
The Administrative Assistant also provides some IT support in special areas and projects as requested and trained. This position also serves as backup to the agency for phone answering, customer walk-in support and mail processing.
This position reports to the Vice-President of Compliance.
