For organizations requiring full-service support, ProValue begins by conducting a one day, on-site HR Compliance Review. We then help the organization determine how many days of on-site work with an HR specialist will be most beneficial. Throughout the year, off-site assistance is provided as needed. Our ongoing support allows companies the flexibility to work on priority HR issues and accomplish projects such as the projects below. We provide a constant resource to work through difficult employee issues and management challenges via phone, email and text message when the consultant is not on-site.
For organizations with specific needs that do not require full-service support, we provide project-based HR consulting. Each project is priced separately.

DIRECTOR OF HR CONSULTING SERVICES
Valerie Metcalfe joined the ProValue team in May of 2018 and comes with many years of well-rounded HR experience dating back to 2006. As the Director of HR Consulting Services, Valerie provides hands-on expertise for solving the daily business challenges of each individualized client. Valerie has a Bachelor's degree from Wichita State University where she majored in Human Resources. She is a certified Human Resource Professional by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
HUMAN RESOURCE CONSULTANT
Julie Darling joined the ProValue team as a Human Resource Consultant in January of 2021. Julie received her Bachelor's of Psychology from Wichita State University. Julie began her HR career in 2005 and has specialized in talent acquisition, benefits administration and plan design, payroll, compensation, and generalist functions. She is a certified Human Resource Professional by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).

Cheryl Smith joined the ProValue team as a Human Resource Consultant in October of 2021. Cheryl began her HR career in 2007 and has specialized in talent acquisition, benefit administration, leadership and management development, payroll, compensation, and generalist functions. Cheryl received her Master's of Business Administration and her Bachelor's of Science with a double major in Human Resources Development and Business Administration from Southwestern College. She is a certified Human Resources Professional by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
