The Farmers Cooperative Grain Association is hiring for its Office Manager position at the Belle Plaine, Kansas location. The Office Manager manages the daily operations of the location including providing exceptional customer service for sales, keeping accurate inventory, accounting, ensuring safety and teamwork is at the forefront of the operations, and overall office and office personnel management. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the leadership and management team of the Coop to achieve company goals, remain customer focused, be a great relationship builder, and believe in the Cooperative spirit and business model.

About the Cooperative:
The office warehouse was open for business at the end of December 1954 and the first load of grain was dumped in the elevator on January 12, 1955. Grain volume grew and as early as 1958, construction began on a storage annex of 400,000 bushels. Since then, storage facilities were added in 1974, 1978, and in 1984. In 1993, the branch location at Belle Plaine was purchased, and in 2004 the west facility in Conway Springs was purchased. The total storage capacity today is more than five million bushels.
Through the years, other facilities were added to include the feed mill, refined fuels and propane, fertilizer, and custom application to provide input products and services for the Cooperative members.
