Grain Originator | Paoli Farmers Cooperative Elevator

The Paoli Farmers Cooperative Elevator, located in Paoli Colorado, is searching for a Grain Originator. Candidates considered for this position must possess a strong background with developing new business and building customer relationships within the Agricultural and Grain industry.

Position Requirements and Qualifications:

• Five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of grain industry practices, terminology and settlement processes is favorable.
• Preferred background in grain operations and/or grain merchandising.
• Strong organizational and communications skills (both verbal and written) are required.
• Develops new grain business by developing relationships with new customers.
• Maintains Cooperative grain business by working closely with customers to ensure repeat patronage.
• Serves as onsite Safety Coordinator.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range is $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 annually with full benefits including Coop retirement.  Bonus eligibility is based upon Cooperative profits.
