Site Manager | Berwick Cooperative Oil Company

Berwick Cooperative Oil Company is searching for a Site Manager at the Troy, KS site location.  This position is responsible for the successful and profitable management of the location site. This is a full-time CDL driver position with managerial responsibilities.

Position Requirements and Qualifications:

• Delivery of products and services.
• Develop new business across the location/territory promoting cooperative products including fuel, oil, propane, etc.
• Oversee and direct the maintenance efforts across all facilities within the assigned location(s).
• Oversee inventory procurement processes for the assigned location(s) and ensure that products are purchased efficiently and at optimal levels for customer purchase/delivery.
• Responsible for understanding and fostering an environment of compliance and safety with all state and federal regulations pertaining to the work environment. Complete company DOT inspections as needed.
• Commercial Driver’s License with a safe driving record (Class B with Hazmat, Tanker and Air Brake endorsements) and/or the ability to obtain and maintain.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred. This job fulfills supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures and applicable state and federal laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; and addressing complaints and solving problems and collaborating with the General Manager to achieve maximum utilization of employees and equipment.
