Agronomy Manager | Roggen Farmers Elevator Association 

Roggen Farmers Elevator Association located in Northeastern Colorado, is searching for an Agronomy Manager. This is a customer focused position which provides agronomic recommendations and support.  In addition, they will be responsible for learning all aspects of agronomy operations including how to manage to a P/L, pricing, and inventory management. The ability to thrive in a team atmosphere is essential.

Position Requirements & Qualifications

• A minimum of five years of experience in agronomy operations.
• Work directly with customers to provide agronomy solutions and recommendations.
• Excellent organization and coordination skills in order to ensure customer’s needs are met.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• The desire and ability to get along with other people and work through challenges as they arise in a productive way.
• Understand the importance of safety at all levels and adhere to and promote safe working practices and policies.
• Ability to use technology including a computer, tablet and smart phone.
• Ability to regularly sit, stand, walk, type, hear, twist, bend and be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• A valid driver’s license.
