2023 Ag Cooperative Wage & Benefit Survey

ProValue Human Resource Consulting is conducting an Ag Cooperative Wage and Benefit Survey. The purpose of this survey is to collect valuable data to assist with forecasting costs and trends.

The survey will provide an aggregate review of the answers provided by the participants. Specific answers will be kept confidential. We hope this information will be a valuable tool to aid in making day-to-day decisions concerning your workforce.

Your participation is very critical to gathering this key data. We appreciate the sharing of your information and will strive to continue to bring you value-added services in the future.

The fee to participate in the survey is $300 and will be invoiced upon receipt of your survey information. Once the survey data analysis is complete, you will receive one copy of the data compiled in booklet form electronically. Only those Cooperatives that participate in the wage survey may receive a copy of the confidential compiled results. The survey results are estimated to be released by November 10, 2023.
